For anyone who remembers the old movie The Secret of NIMH—this one’s for you. The moment I finished this piece, it instantly reminded me of the glowing amulet from the film: full of mystery, depth, and a little bit of magic. ✨

This necklace features a vibrant ruby red Laguna lace agate, set in a shadowbox style and framed with a halo of fine silver beading. The sterling silver has been darkened with a rich black patina, then polished to a soft satin sheen for contrast and character. My maker’s mark is hand-stamped on the back as a signature of authenticity.
